Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Returns sent without prior contact and confirmation will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- ✅ If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours
- 💳 The refund will be issued using the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us directly
